We added a /demo page that lets you type fake feedback as a customer and watch the dashboard fill in live. No signup needed. We built it because the old marketing screenshots felt frozen — this gives you the actual feel of the product in 30 seconds.
Business owners can now have full back-and-forth conversations with anonymous customers without ever seeing identifying information. The customer chooses whether to keep the thread going. We think this is one of the things that genuinely makes FeedB different from Google Reviews and Trustpilot.
Feedback now gets grouped automatically by theme. If 12 customers say something about wait times, you'll see 'wait times (12)' as one row instead of reading 12 paragraphs. Sentiment is computed per theme, not just per review. We're still tuning the clustering — let us know if it misses something.
Every account now has a public /praise/{slug} URL where positive feedback can be shared. We made these into proper marketing pages — they include 'Powered by FeedB' on the bottom, which lets businesses get value while quietly helping us grow. Embeds for your own site are coming soon.
When you first open the dashboard, the empty states now tell you what to do next instead of showing a sad spinner. Each tab has its own state with a unique abstract glyph and a single primary action. Small thing, big quality-of-life difference.
We rebuilt the anti-spam pipeline. Honeypot fields, gibberish detection, browser fingerprint rate-limiting, and OpenAI moderation now run before a feedback ever hits the database. The rejection messages stay friendly so legitimate users aren't punished, but bots get a quiet 'no'.
