Account holders: We collect your email address, optional display name, and business information if applicable. We also collect usage data such as feedback counts and dashboard views. The Service is currently free, so we do not collect or process payment information.
Feedback submitters (public forms): We collect only the feedback text, an optional rating, and the timestamp of submission. We do not collect IP addresses or any information that could identify the submitter.
Automatic data: Browser type and version, device type (mobile or desktop), and page performance metrics. This information is collected for compatibility and improvement purposes only.
We use the information we collect to provide and operate the Service, to send transactional communications such as account verification and service notifications, to detect and prevent fraud and abuse, and to improve the platform through aggregate usage analysis. We do not sell personal data. We do not share personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.
Anonymity is a core design principle. When a visitor submits feedback through a public form, we do not log IP addresses, we do not use tracking cookies, we do not collect device fingerprints, and we do not associate the submission with any user account. For internal feedback contexts where submitter identity may be inferred, this is disclosed to submitters before they proceed.
We use cookies for authentication (to keep you logged in), to remember account preferences, and for aggregate analytics to understand feature usage. We do not use third-party advertising cookies or cross-site tracking on public feedback forms.
We rely on a small number of trusted subprocessors: Supabase for database hosting (encrypted) and Vercel for application delivery. All subprocessors are bound by data processing agreements consistent with applicable law. Feedback text may be processed by automated services for sentiment analysis; no personal data is sent.
Account data is retained while the account is active. Upon deletion, personal data is purged within 30 days. Encrypted backups are retained for 90 days for disaster recovery. Business verification documents submitted during the claim process are encrypted at rest (AES-256), accessible only to authorised compliance personnel, and retained for seven years to satisfy audit and regulatory requirements before secure deletion.
You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data, to export your feedback data in machine-readable format, and to unsubscribe from marketing communications at any time. For users in the European Union, we comply with GDPR; our legal bases are consent, contract, and legitimate interest. Enterprise customers may request a Data Processing Agreement. To exercise any of these rights, contact us at privacy@feedb.co.
FeedB is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors. If you believe we have inadvertently done so, please contact us immediately.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email at least 30 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
All data is encrypted in transit using TLS/SSL and encrypted at rest using AES-256. Our infrastructure is hosted on Vercel and Supabase, both of which maintain SOC 2 compliance. Role-based access controls restrict internal access to production systems.
In the event of a data breach, affected users will be notified within 72 hours consistent with applicable legal requirements. Transparent incident reports are published following remediation. To report a security vulnerability, please contact security@feedb.co. We are committed to responsible disclosure.
The Service is currently free and FeedB does not collect, process, or store any payment card data. If paid plans are introduced in the future, payments will be handled by a PCI-DSS-certified third-party processor and FeedB will not store card data.
