Business Account

Can You Switch Account Types Later?
Yes, absolutely! We understand that needs change over time. You can switch between account types at any point.
Individual to Business
Upgrading is seamless. Your existing feedback, praise wall, and analytics will transfer over. You'll gain access to business features immediately.
Business to Individual
Downgrading is also possible. Note that multi-location data will be consolidated to a single profile. Team member access will be removed.
How to switch: Go to Settings > Account > Account Type and follow the prompts. The switch takes effect immediately and your billing will be adjusted accordingly.
Pricing Is the Same!
Both Individual and Business accounts have access to the same pricing tiers: Free, Pro, and Team. The account type determines available features, not the price. Choose based on your needs, not your budget.
