By accessing or using FeedB ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the Service.
These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service.
2.1 Account Creation: To use certain features, you must register for an account. You must provide accurate, complete information and keep your account credentials secure.
2.2 Account Responsibility: You are responsible for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.
2.3 Age Requirement: You must be at least 13 years old to use FeedB. If you are under 18, you must have parental consent.
2.4 Account Types: Different account types (Individual, Business, Enterprise) have different features and limits as described in our pricing page.

4.1 Your Content: You retain ownership of feedback you collect and content you create. By using FeedB, you grant us a license to store, process, and display your content as necessary to provide the Service.
4.2 User-Generated Content: FeedB is a platform for user-generated reviews and feedback. We do not create, endorse, or verify the accuracy of user-submitted content. All reviews and feedback represent the opinions of individual users, not FeedB.
4.3 Truthfulness Requirement: You agree to submit only truthful, honest feedback based on your actual experience. Submitting false, defamatory, or misleading content is strictly prohibited and may result in account termination and legal action.
4.4 Public Content: Business listings and public feedback may be visible to anyone. You are responsible for the content you make public.
4.5 Moderation Rights: We reserve the right to review, remove, or moderate content that violates these Terms or our Content Guidelines, without prior notice. We are not obligated to pre-screen content but may do so.
4.6 Content Removal Requests: If you believe content violates these Terms or your rights, you may submit a removal request to legal@feedb.co. We will review and respond within 5 business days.
4.7 Reporting: Users can report inappropriate content using the "Report" button. We will review reports and take appropriate action, which may include content removal or account suspension.
5.1 Pricing: Current pricing is available on our pricing page. We reserve the right to change prices with 30 days notice to existing subscribers.
5.2 Billing Cycle: Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually. Billing starts after your trial period ends.
5.3 Payment Processing: Payments are processed by Stripe. You agree to provide accurate payment information.
5.4 Automatic Renewal: Subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled before the next billing date.
5.5 Refunds: We offer prorated refunds for annual plans canceled within 30 days. Monthly plans are not refundable but you can downgrade to free at any time.
5.6 Failed Payments: If payment fails, we'll retry. After 3 failed attempts, your account may be downgraded to the free plan.
6.1 Trial Period: New users may receive a free trial (7 days for Pro, 14 days for Business). Trials are limited to one per user/business.
6.2 Free Plan Limits: Free accounts have usage limits (e.g., 50 feedbacks/month, 1 feedback page). Limits are subject to change with notice.
6.3 Fair Use: We monitor usage to prevent abuse. Excessive usage beyond your plan limits may result in throttling or suspension.
7.1 Public Listings: Businesses may be listed publicly. Anyone can submit reviews to listed businesses.
7.2 Claiming: Business owners can claim their listing by verifying ownership. Claims are reviewed manually and approved within 2-5 business days.
7.3 Verification: We may require documentation to verify business ownership (e.g., business license, domain ownership, utility bill).
7.4 Disputed Claims: If multiple parties claim the same business, we'll investigate and award the claim to the rightful owner based on documentation provided.
8.1 FeedB IP: The Service, including all software, designs, logos, and trademarks, is owned by FeedB and protected by copyright and trademark laws.
8.2 Your IP: You retain ownership of content you create or collect.
8.3 DMCA: If you believe content on FeedB infringes your copyright, contact us at legal@feedb.co with details.
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
9.1 Data Ownership: You own your data. We are the processor; you are the controller.
9.2 Data Export: You can export your data at any time from your dashboard.
9.3 Data Deletion: If you delete your account, your data will be permanently deleted within 30 days.
10.1 Availability: We strive for 99.9% uptime but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. Maintenance windows will be announced in advance when possible.
10.2 Feature Changes: We may add, modify, or discontinue features at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email.
10.3 Beta Features: Some features may be labeled "beta" and are provided as-is without guarantees.
11.1 By You: You may cancel your account at any time from your account settings.

12.1 AS-IS Service: FeedB is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
12.2 Platform Disclaimer: FeedB acts solely as an interactive computer service and platform provider under 47 U.S.C. § 230 (Communications Decency Act). We are not the publisher or speaker of user-generated content. We do not endorse, verify, or guarantee the accuracy of any user submissions, reviews, or feedback.
12.3 Third-Party Content: We are not responsible for content posted by users. Any claims regarding defamatory, false, or harmful content should be directed to the original author, not FeedB.
12.4 AI Limitations: AI-generated insights are provided as suggestions only. We do not guarantee accuracy, completeness, or suitability for any purpose.
12.5 Business Listings: Business information may be inaccurate or outdated. We do not guarantee the accuracy of business names, addresses, contact information, or operational status.
12.6 Limitation of Liability: To the fullest extent permitted by law, FeedB shall not be liable for:
Total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the last 12 months, or $100, whichever is greater.
You agree to indemnify and hold FeedB harmless from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from:
14.1 Governing Law: These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles.
14.2 Arbitration: Any disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration in New York, NY, under the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
14.3 Class Action Waiver: You agree to resolve disputes individually, not as part of a class action.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified via email at least 30 days in advance.
Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
16.1 Entire Agreement: These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and FeedB.
16.2 Severability: If any provision is found invalid, the remaining provisions remain in effect.
16.3 No Waiver: Failure to enforce any provision does not waive our right to enforce it later.
16.4 Assignment: You may not assign these Terms. We may assign them to an affiliate or in connection with a merger or acquisition.
