How We Protect Anonymity
Privacy-First Architecture
Our systems are designed so that identifying information is never collected in the first place. You cannot leak what you never had.

No Account Required
Respondents never need to create an account or sign in. Feedback can be submitted with zero personal information.

We Built This for Honest Feedback
The whole point of FeedB is to help people receive honest, constructive feedback. That only works when respondents feel completely safe being truthful. Our privacy protections are not an afterthought. They are the foundation of everything we do.
Business owners cannot see who submitted feedback. They cannot request this information from us. We do not have it to give.
Common Privacy Questions
Can businesses see who left feedback?
No. Anonymous feedback is truly anonymous. Business owners see only the content, rating, and timestamp. They never see any identifying information about the respondent.
What if I accidentally include my name in the feedback?
If you include personal information in the feedback text itself, that will be visible. We recommend keeping your responses focused on the feedback without including identifying details if you wish to remain anonymous.
Can my employer trace feedback back to me?
No. We do not collect or store any data that could be used to identify you. There is no technical way for employers to trace anonymous feedback to specific individuals.
Do you comply with data requests from businesses?
We cannot provide identifying information about anonymous respondents because we do not collect it. Even in response to legal requests, we have no data to provide about who submitted anonymous feedback.
FeedB is built on the principle that privacy should be the default, not an option. Share your honest feedback with confidence. Your anonymity is protected by design.
