How to Add Action Items
From Feedback View
When reading any piece of feedback, click the "Add to Do-Next" button. The AI will suggest an action item based on the feedback content, which you can edit or accept as-is.
Manual Entry
Navigate to your Do-Next Queue from the dashboard and click "Add New Item". Enter a title, description, and set the priority level (High, Medium, or Low).
AI Suggestions
FeedB's AI analyzes your feedback patterns and automatically suggests action items in the "Suggested Actions" tab. Review and add them to your queue with one click.
