If you're expecting feedback that hasn't appeared in your dashboard, don't worry. There are several common reasons this can happen, and most are easy to resolve.
Common Reasons Feedback Might Not Appear
Processing Delays
New feedback typically appears within 1-2 minutes, but during high-traffic periods, it may take up to 5 minutes for submissions to process and appear in your dashboard.
Active Filters
Your dashboard might have filters applied (date range, sentiment, rating) that are hiding certain feedback. Check and reset your filters to see all submissions.
Email Verification Pending
If you have email verification enabled, feedback from unverified respondents won't appear until they confirm their email address.
Spam Filter Triggered
Our AI-powered spam filter may flag suspicious submissions. Check your spam folder in the dashboard to review and recover legitimate feedback.
How to Check Your Spam Filters
FeedB includes intelligent spam protection to keep your feedback genuine. Sometimes legitimate feedback gets caught. Here's how to check:
- 1Go to your Dashboard and click on Feedback in the sidebar
- 2Look for the Spam tab or filter option at the top of the feedback list
- 3Review flagged items and click Not Spam to restore legitimate feedback
- 4Adjust your spam sensitivity in Settings → Spam Protection if needed
Refresh Your Dashboard
Sometimes your browser cache shows outdated information. Try these quick fixes:
Hard Refresh
Press Ctrl + Shift + R (Windows) or Cmd + Shift + R (Mac)
Clear Browser Cache
Clear your browser's cache and cookies, then log back into FeedB
Try Another Browser
Test with a different browser to rule out browser-specific issues
Check Your Connection
Ensure you have a stable internet connection for real-time updates

When feedback is submitted, it goes through several processing steps:
Submission Received
Instant - Feedback enters our system
Spam & Quality Check
~30 seconds - AI reviews for spam and quality
Sentiment Analysis
~30 seconds - AI determines sentiment and themes
Dashboard Update
~1 minute - Feedback appears in your dashboard
Note: During peak hours (typically 9 AM - 6 PM EST), processing may take up to 5 minutes. If feedback hasn't appeared after 10 minutes, please contact support.
Still Not Seeing Your Feedback?
If you've tried all the above steps and feedback is still missing, here are additional things to check:
- Verify the feedback link or QR code being used is correct and active
- Check if the respondent completed the entire submission (partial submissions are not saved)
- Ensure your account hasn't reached its monthly feedback limit
- Check if the feedback form is paused or disabled in your settings
