Profile Settings
Your profile is how customers and colleagues see you on FeedB. Keep it updated to build trust and credibility.
Display Name
Your name as it appears on your feedback page and responses.
Profile Photo
Upload a professional photo or logo. Recommended size: 400x400px.
Bio / Description
Tell visitors about yourself or your business in 160 characters or less.
Custom URL
Create a memorable link: feedb.co/your-name
Pro Tip
Complete profiles receive 40% more feedback responses. Add a photo and bio to maximize engagement.
Password & Security
Keep your account secure with a strong password and additional security measures.
Change Password
Update your password regularly for better security. We recommend changing it every 90 days.
Password Requirements:
- At least 8 characters long
- Include uppercase and lowercase letters
- Include at least one number
- Include at least one special character
Two-Factor Authentication (2FA)
Add an extra layer of security by requiring a code from your phone when signing in.
Active Sessions
View and manage devices where you are currently signed in. Sign out remotely if needed.
Email Preferences
Control which emails you receive from FeedB. Stay informed without inbox overload.
Feedback Notifications
Get notified when someone leaves you feedback.
AI Insights & Reports
Receive automated reports with sentiment trends, action items, and performance insights.
Product Updates
Stay informed about new features, improvements, and tips to get more from FeedB.
Marketing & Promotions
Occasional emails about special offers, webinars, and community events.
Change Email Address
You can update your email address in account settings. A verification link will be sent to confirm the change.
Account Deletion
This action is permanent
Deleting your account will permanently remove all your data, including feedback history, analytics, and settings. This cannot be undone.
What gets deleted:
- All feedback you have received
- Your Public Praise Wall
- Analytics and AI insights
- Your unique feedback link and QR code
- All account settings and preferences
Before you go:
- Export your data first from Settings, then Data Export
- Cancel any active subscription to avoid future charges
- Consider pausing your account instead if you might return

If you are having issues with FeedB, our support team is here to help. Contact us at support@feedb.co before deleting your account.
To delete your account, go to Settings, then Account, then Delete Account. You will need to confirm your password and type DELETE to proceed.
Per our Privacy Policy, account deletion requests are processed within 30 days. Some data may be retained for legal compliance purposes.
