How to Export Your Data
Navigate to Settings
Log in to your FeedB dashboard and click on Settings in the navigation menu, then select Data & Privacy.
Choose Export Options
Select what data you want to export:
Select Format
Choose your preferred export format: CSV for spreadsheets, JSON for developers, or PDF for reports (Pro & Team plans).
Download Your Export
Click Generate Export and wait for processing. For large datasets, you will receive an email with a download link. Small exports download immediately.

- Schedule regular automated exports for backup purposes
- Use date filters to export specific time periods for quarterly reports
- Export JSON format if you plan to import data into business intelligence tools
- Large exports are processed in the background - check your email for the download link
Data Privacy & Security
Your exported data is encrypted during download and includes only the data you own. We never share your data with third parties.
Export links expire after 24 hours for security. If you need to download again, simply generate a new export from your dashboard.
