Common Login Issues
Incorrect Password
The most common login issue. Make sure you're entering the correct password and check that Caps Lock is off.
- • Passwords are case-sensitive
- • Check for extra spaces before or after
- • Try typing in a text editor first to verify
Wrong Email Address
You might have signed up with a different email address than you remember.
- • Try your work email vs personal email
- • Check for typos (gmail vs gmai, etc.)
- • Look for our welcome email in your inbox
Account Not Verified
If you haven't verified your email, you won't be able to log in.
- • Check your inbox for verification email
- • Look in spam/junk folders
- • Request a new verification email from login page
Browser Issues
Sometimes browser settings can interfere with login.
- • Clear your browser cache and cookies
- • Try a different browser
- • Disable browser extensions temporarily
- • Try incognito/private browsing mode
Reset Your Password
Forgot your password? Follow these simple steps to create a new one:
Go to Login Page
Visit feedb.co/login and click "Forgot password?" below the login form.
Enter Your Email
Enter the email address associated with your FeedB account. We'll send you a password reset link.
Check Your Email
Look for an email from FeedB with the subject "Reset your password". Check spam/junk if you don't see it within a few minutes.
Create New Password
Click the link in the email and enter your new password. Use at least 8 characters with a mix of letters, numbers, and symbols.
Note: Password reset links expire after 24 hours. If your link has expired, simply request a new one.
Account Recovery
Can't Access Your Email?
If you no longer have access to the email address you used to sign up, our support team can help verify your identity and update your account.
You'll need to provide:
- • Your full name
- • Business name (if applicable)
- • Approximate account creation date
- • Any other identifying information
Account Locked?
For security, accounts are temporarily locked after 5 failed login attempts. The lock automatically lifts after 30 minutes.
If you need immediate access:
- • Wait 30 minutes and try again
- • Use password reset to unlock immediately
- • Contact support if issue persists
Deleted Account?
If you previously deleted your account, you'll need to create a new one. Deleted accounts cannot be recovered after 30 days.
